TechieResource, operated by ONYX DIGITAL SOLUTIONS (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), respects your right to control your personal data.

This page explains how you may request deletion of your account and personal information in accordance with:

  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India)
  • Meta Platform Policies (Facebook Login requirements)

1. Your Right to Request Deletion

  • Deletion of your user account
  • Removal of personal data associated with your account
  • Disconnection of social login services
  • Deactivation of active licenses

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

Account Information

  • Username
  • Email address
  • Encrypted password
  • Profile details

Social Login Data

If you registered using:

  • Facebook Login
  • Google Sign-In

We will remove the authentication link and associated identifiers stored in our system. We do not store your Facebook or Google passwords.

License & Product Data

  • Plugin license keys will be permanently deactivated
  • Access to downloads and updates will be revoked

Support Records

  • Support tickets
  • Contact form submissions
  • Email correspondence related to your account

3. Subscription & Payment Information

Payments are processed securely via PayPal. We do not store payment card details.

If you have an active subscription:

  • It will be cancelled in our system
  • You may also need to cancel recurring billing directly through your PayPal account
  • Access to updates and support will terminate immediately

4. Data We May Retain

Certain information may be retained if required by law, including:

  • Transaction records required for tax compliance (typically 5–7 years depending on jurisdiction)
  • Records necessary to resolve disputes
  • Information required to comply with legal obligations

Retained data is stored securely, restricted from operational use, and not used for marketing purposes.

5. Before Submitting a Deletion Request

  • You will lose access to all downloads and support
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • Deleted data cannot be restored
  • You must create a new account to use our services again

We recommend downloading any purchased products before submitting your request.

6. How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account, please email:

Please include:

  1. Your registered email address
  2. Your full name as shown on your account
  3. A confirmation statement such as:
“I confirm that I request permanent deletion of my TechieResource account and understand that this action is irreversible.”

7. Identity Verification & Processing Time

To protect your security, we may request identity verification before processing deletion.

All valid deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once deletion is completed.

8. Your Additional Data Rights

Under applicable law, you may also request:

  • Access to your personal data
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Restriction of processing (where applicable)
  • Withdrawal of consent (where applicable)
